种粮大户土地规模经营影响因素实证研究

Empirical Research of Factors to Land Scale Management

农业规模经营对提高农业生产效率有着至关重要的作用。论文运用合肥市53户规模经营者2012年的调查数据分析土地规模经营的影响因素。研究结果表明土地流转,农业生产条件,农业生产效益和农户获得资金难易程度是影响土地规模经营的主要因素。今后应当从提高农业生产条件,完善土地流转政策,降低农民贷款难度等方面进一步促进土地规模经营。

Scale agricultural operation has a critical effect on improving the efficiency of agricultural production. Uses survey data of 53 scale farmers in hefei in 2012, the paper analyzes the factors of scale land management. And it shows that the main factors are land transfer, conditions for agricultural production, efficiency of agricultural production and difficulty of funding. It also proposed improving conditions for agricultural production, consummating land transfer policies, reducing the difficulty of loans to farmers.
