生态旅游产业链视角下的绿色技术创新博弈分析

Game Analysis of Green Technology Innovation from the Perspective of Ecotourism Industry Chain

以生态旅游产业链上下游主体的互动关系为视角,运用囚徒困境模型对主体在绿色技术创新进程中的创新策略选择进行了单次静态博弈和多次动态博弈分析,指出创新可能陷入"囚徒困境",并提出了规避困境的策略,即政府部门应加强监管,同时建立健全相关的制度和政策法规,增强和稳定创新收益预期;完善绿色技术在生态旅游市场的交易和成果转化机制,增加绿色技术创新成果的收益;搭建信息共享和公共绿色技术服务平台。

From the perspective of interactive relationship between subjects of ecotourism industry chain, this paper, applying prisoner＇s dilemma model, makes single static game analysis and multiple dynamic game analysis for the choice of innovation strategy in the process of green technology innovation, pointing out that the innovation is likely to fall into the ＂prisonerg dilemma＂. It presents strategies to avoid the dilemma, which requires government departments to strengthen supervision, establish and perfect correlative sys tem and policies and regulations, enhance innovation gains expectation; improve the trade and achievement transformation mechanism of green technology in ecotourism market, increase the gains of green technology innovation achievement; build the platform for infor mation share and public green technology services.
