西藏民族学院教师教学质量评价之反思

摘要 西藏民族学院开展的教师教学质量评价活动,在促进教师改进教学内容和方法、提高教学水平规范课堂教学、提高教学质量方面起到了重要的作用。与此同时,思考课堂教学评价中存在的一些现象,我们仍然可以发现评价结果不尽客观、学生对评教理解不够、单位评价缺乏引领力等问题。为此,加强对学生评教的引导工作,加强教师的自我反思与评价交流,加强单位评价的引导作用,是进一步做好评教工作的重要手段。 Teaching quality assessment of Tibet University for Nationalities plays a very important role in improving teachers' teaching content, teaching methods, teaching quality and standardizing classroom teaching as well. However, after analyzing the problems in classroom teaching assessment, we find that there are some shortcomings of the assessment system, such as some assessment results are not objective; some students cannot understand the activity of teaching assessment; some teaching units will not give enough importance to teaching assessment. Therefore, in order to do teaching assessment well, it is very important for the teaching administration office to help the students realize the importance of the teaching assessment, to direct the teaching units to carry out the activities of teaching assessment effectively. At the same time, the teachers should selfreflect and communicate with each other about the teaching assessment.
