双语教育的国际视野及对中国少数民族双语教育的启示

Bilingual Education in the International Context and Its Enlightenment to the Bilingual Education of Chinese Ethnic Minorities

国外的双语教育和三语教育在近二十年来有了长足的发展,积累了大量的研究成果,理论体系不断完备。结合国外成熟的双语和三语教育理论和实践,本文对延边朝鲜族基础教育阶段的语言衔接,双语能力和英语能力发展的互动关系,以及英语引入的时间和教学方式从理论和实践上进行了讨论,对双语+英语教育规划提出了现实的考虑。

Great progress has been made abroad in the field of bilingual and trilingual education in the past 20 years with accumulation of achievement and successive improvement in its theoretical framework. On the basis of those mature bilingual and trilingual theories and practice, this article is to discuss the language cohesion of Yanbian Korean ethnics in the elementary education period, interaction between bilingual competence and English language competence, time of English learning and English teaching approaches etc. Then, the article proposes practical considerations for the integration of bilingual education and English education.
