摘要
传统的概念中,柱式称重传感器的非线性主要是由截面随载荷增加而增大引起的,本文通过模拟分析和试验表明造成柱式称重传感器非线性的主要是由弹性体材料的泊松比随应变增大而减小引起的。
In current concept, the main reason of nonlinearity of column load cell is caused by increasing of section area of counter force with the loading increasing. This paper, analysis and experiments show that there column type weighing sensor nonlinear elastic material is mainly composed of a Poisson ratio increases with the strain and reduce lead up.
