4种中药注射液与输液配伍前后不溶性微粒及pH值变化的分析 被引量:3

摘要 目的:考察4种中药注射液与5%葡萄糖注射液及0.9%氯化钠注射液配伍后不溶性微粒及pH值的变化。方法:用微粒分析仪和pH计测定配伍前5%葡萄糖注射液及0.9%氯化钠注射的微粒数目及pH值,并考察配伍后不同时间测得的微粒数及pH值改变。结果:配伍输液中不溶性微粒数显著多于配伍前(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论:输液与中药注射液配伍后微粒数目明显增多,在临床应用中密切注意不溶性微粒的监控,避免药品不良反应的发生。 Objective: To study the changes of the insoluble particles and pH value in 4 TCDI mixed with glucose injec- tion (5%) and sodium chloride injection (0.9%). Methods:The insoluble particles and pH value in glucose injection (5%) and sodium chloride injection (0.9%) were investigated before the compatibility with article analyzer and pH meter, as well as the number of insoluble particles and pH value in the 4 TCDI at different times. Results:The numbers of insoluble particles obvi- ously increased after combination(P〈0.01 or P〈0.05).Conclusion: The increase of insoluble particles in 4 TCDI should be fo- cused during clinical use, in order to avoid the adverse reactions.
