进行高校教师教学质量评价的师生态度调查,旨在更好地开展反映学生需求和能为教师发展服务的评价活动。调查表明,在评价主体上,师生均倾向于多元化,认同应由被评教师本人参与评价过程;在评价的组织上,师生均认为有必要在学期过程中进行多次评价;在评价的内容上,认为适宜学生评价的内容主要是那些外显的学生可以观察到、内隐的学生可以体验到的内容;在评价结果的处理上,认同以打分加评语的方式呈现评价结果,且较适宜单独向被评教师反馈。

An attitudinal survey is done on the assessment of the university teaching quality, and re- sults show that teachers and students are both inclined to pluralism, and they consider it necessary to take a number of assessments in a semester. Explicit and implicit students vary in their inclinations of contents, and it is agreed with scoring and comments at the same time for the report of result.
