摘要
对串列叶片式离心风机叶轮的内部流场采用NUMECA软件进行了数值模拟研究,分析了串列叶轮不同相对周向位置因子对离心叶轮性能的影响,并对串列叶轮与原始叶轮进行了详细的流场对比分析。结果表明:相对周向位置因子对离心叶轮性能影响较大,当相对周向位置因子取0.05~0.20时串列叶轮在性能上均有所提高且取0.10时性能达到最好;串列叶片能有效地削弱叶轮出口射流一尾迹结构对流场的影响,改善叶轮出口的速度均匀性,对控制风机的气动噪声有十分有利的影响。
The internal flow is numerically simulated by using software NUMECA for analyzing the centrifugal fan impeller with the tandem blade. The effect of the tandem blade circumferential position on the performance of centrifugal impeller is analysed, and the detailed flow field contrast analysis is compared between the original impeller and the tandem impeller. The result indi- cates that, the relative circumferential position has a great iniluence on the performance of centrifugal impeller. When the factor of relative circumferential position lies from 0.05 to 0.20, the perfomlance of tandem-blade impeller improves and gets the best while the factor is 0.10. Moreover the study also finds that the tandem blade can effectively weak the jet-wake phenomenon and makes the exit velocity fields become more uniform, and has a very beneficial impact on the aerodynamic noise of centrifugal fan.
