摘要
利用 A、B、C三种不同方法制备佐剂 ,并对其制备的油乳剂疫苗作室温、4℃冷藏和冷冻处理 ,结果表明疫苗的乳化效果及稳定性依次为 A、B、C三组 ,二次乳化疫苗也符合上述规律 。
Adjuvants were prepared with different methods of A,B,C.Vaccines were produced with prepared adjuvants and kept them at room temperture,4 ℃ and by frozen treatment. Test result indicates that the effect of emulsification and stabilization of the vaccine is A>B>C.Re emulsifying vaccine is also in line with it, but the stabilization and emulsification of re emulsifying vaccine are not good as it.
