烤烟不同干旱时间土壤含水率与叶绿素含量的相关研究

摘要 以K326为材料,通过盆栽控雨试验,在烤烟团棵期、旺长期、现蕾期设置干旱时间7,10,13,16 d、长期干旱和CK(对照),研究烤烟不同生育期不同干旱天数处理的土壤含水率对叶绿素含量的影响,结果表明:在烤烟团棵期、旺长期、现蕾期进行干旱处理后,叶绿素含量与土壤含水率关系除团棵期长期干旱及CK处理呈正相关外,即随土壤含水量率增加叶绿素含量升高,其它均呈负相关性,且不同生育阶段不同处理影响程度不同。各生育阶段中对应土壤含水率每减少1%,叶绿素含量波动最大的分别为团棵期长期干旱下降84.0%;旺长期干旱13 d增加79.6%;现蕾期干旱13d增加71.4%。 A water control experiment on potted plants in different growth stages with different drought du- rations was conducted to study the effects of soil water content at different growth stages on the chlorophyll con- tent of flue-cured tobacco of K326 in the resettling growth stage, vigorously growing stage and budding stage with drought durations of 7 d, 10 d, 13 d, 16 d, and long duration and one group was set as the control. The aim of this study was to provide a theoretical basis for water-saving irrigation for flue-cured tobacco.To improve the quality and yield of tobacco, the influence of different of drought durations in different development stages of flue-cured tobacco on the chlorophyll content was studied.The results showed that the relationship between soil moisture content and the chlorophyll content was negative after drought treatment in the resettling stage, vigor- ously growing stage and budding stage in all the freatments exceppt the long duration treatment and the CK inthe resettling stage.And the influence differed in the three stages with different drought durations.When the soil moisture content reduced by 1%, the chlorophyll contents fluctuated greatly.It declined by 84.0% in the resett- ling stage ,increased by 79.6% in the vigorously growing stage and increased by 71.4% in the budding stage.
