仔猪黄痢大肠杆菌的分离鉴定与耐药分析 被引量:2

摘要 为研究临床上仔猪黄痢大肠杆菌的耐药性与整合子之间是否存在一定的相关性,从仔猪黄痢临床病例中分离鉴定了两株大肠杆菌,采用K-B法检测这两株菌对21种抗菌药物的敏感性,并对I类整合酶和qacE△1-sull基因进行PCR检测。结果表明:这两株大肠杆菌只对氯霉素敏感或中介,对其他20种药物耐药。PCR检测结果表明这两株菌均能扩增出I类整合酶基因和qacE△1-sull基因,且这两株菌均携带了几个大小不同的基因盒,为从基因水平上了解大肠杆菌的耐药性提供了一定的参考。 Class1 integron is strongly associated with multidrug resistance in bacteria .In this study , the drug sensitivity of the pathogenic E.coli strains isolated from piglets to 21 antimicrobial agents was tested by the Kirby-Bauer method,and the genes of Class 1 Integron and qacE△1-sul1 were detected by PCR.The results showed that the isolates were only sensitive to chloramphenicol ,and resistant to the other 20 drugs.The isolates were positive for intI1 and qacE△1-sul1 gene,and the detect to intI1 gene cassette showed that the isolates harbored some kinds of gene sequens .The result suggests that it is critical to monitor drug resistant bacteria at the gene level .
