摘要
从EMBL数据库下载珍珠鸟(Taeniopygia guttata)Z染色体全部基因的cDNA序列,共有610个基因的CDS序列纳入统计分析。使用CodonW(1.4.2)对CDS序列进行密码子偏性研究,确定了UUC、CUC、CUG等28个密码子为珍珠鸟Z染色体基因表达的"最优"密码子。对应分析表明,影响珍珠鸟Z染色体基因表达的密码子用法的主要因素分别为GC3s(同义密码子第3位的G C频率)、CDS的GC含量以及基因的表达水平。据此推论,珍珠鸟Z染色体基因表达的密码子偏性是核苷酸组成和选择等因素综合作用的结果。
The gene cDNA sequences of Z chromosome in zebra finch ( Taeniopygia guttata) were down-loaded from EMBL database .Total 610 CDS sequences were finally included in analyses .By the use of CodonW (1.4.2),28 codons (eg.UUC,CUC,CUG et al.) were identified as the optimal codons .The corresponding ana-lyses indicted that the main factors influcing codon usage of genes of Z chromosome in zebra finch were GC 3s, GC content of CDS ,and gene expression level .It can be deduced that the codon usage of Z chromosome in ze-bra finch is most likely affected by the combination of nucleotide composition and selection and so on .
