Assessment of Regional Carrying Capacity of Resources and Environment in Ganzhou City Based on GIS

摘要 根据赣州市资源状况、环境条件和社会经济等方面与区域资源环境承载能力密切相关因素,选取地形地貌、土地利用、森林资源、生态环境、社会经济等指标,建立赣州市资源环境承载力评价指标体系,应用GIS技术和层次分析方法,综合赣州市实际情况确定各指标指数和权重,并采用状态空间法建立区域资源环境承载力评价模型,以乡为单位计算资源环境承载能力综合评分值,分析赣州市资源环境承载力状况,最后应用ArcGIS绘制各乡镇资源环境承载力状况评价结果图。结果显示,从整体上看,赣州市资源环境承载力状况总体已接近临界饱和状态,未来的经济发展应加强控制开发强度与规模,坚持资源开发利用与环境保护并重。从各县来看,全南县、崇义县、安远县、定南县、上犹县、会昌县等6县的资源环境承载能力较大,开发力度较小,经济发展空间相对较大;龙南县、宁都县、赣县、石城县、大余县等5县的资源环境承载力处于赣州市的中等水平,开发力度和经济发展空间处于赣州市中等水平;寻乌县、瑞金市、兴国县、信丰县、于都县、南康市、章贡区等7县(区、市)资源环境承载力一般,开发力度较大,经济发展空间相对较小,应加大生态保护和建设力度以提高资源环境承载容量。 Regional carrying capacity of resources and environment ( RCCRE) is related closely with some factors of city ,such as resources ,environment and economic&social activities .This study constructed a RCCRE indicator system for Ganzhou City .The system included landform ,forest resource ,eco-environment ,and social-economy indexes ,and also some concrete assessment factors .Weights of all the indexes and factors were as-sessed by GIS and the Analytical Hierarchy Process method .The RCCRE model was established by state-space method,the comprehensive evaluation values were calculated by it at the township level .The comprehensive e-valuation results were analyzed ,and the spatial distribution of it was mapped by ARCGIS .The results showed that,firstly,the RCCRE of Ganzhou was close to saturation on the whole .Hence,intensity and scale should be restricted in the future economic development , and the balance between resource utilization and environment protection be kept.Secondly,counties had different RCCREs in Ganzhou:1) six counties(Quannan,Chongyi, Anyuan,Dingnan,Shangyou and Huichang ) had higher RCCREs and lower intensity ,which suggested a larger room for the development of economy;2) RCCREs of five counties ( Longnan,Ningdu,Ganxian,Shicheng and Dayu) were at a medium level;3) other seven counties ( Xunwu,Ruijin,Xingguo,Xinfeng,Yudu and Zhang-gong) had higher development intensity ,followed with lower RCCREs ,which called for eco-environment pro-tection and construction in the future economic development .
