以红小豆为主料 ,配以奶粉、白砂糖等加工制成方便食品。主要介绍了生产工艺 ,着重分析了影响产品质量的几个因素 。
Taking the small red bean as the main material and milk as supplementary meterials , a kind of convenient food is made.The paper introduces the technology of producing this instant powder and analyses the factors affecting the quality of the product in particular.The most excellent prescription is determined by means of orthogonal experiment.
