乡镇卫生院利用网络追踪肺结核病人效果分析

Analyzing the Effect of the Tavnship Hospitals using Network to Track Tuberculosis Patients

目的探讨将结核病信息管理系统授权乡镇卫生院,通过及时获取病人信息,提高追踪率和追踪到位率这种在经济相对落后地区简单易行的工作方法。方法统计分析我市将结核病信息管理系统授权乡镇卫生院前后4年肺结核病人追踪率和追踪到位率指标的变化情况。结果该项工作实施前后4年中,追踪率平均分别为70.8%、96.5%(χ2=539.16,P<0.001);追踪到位率平均分别为51.7%、80.8%(χ2=371.16,P<0.001)。结论从2008年酒泉市结核病项目办公室将结核病信息管理系统报告卡浏览权限授权乡镇卫生院后,减少了工作环节,缩短了追踪时限,显著提高了病人追踪率和追踪到位率,并节约了肺结核病人追踪工作耗费的人力和物力。

OBJECTIVE To discuss on giving the authorization of the tuberculosis information management system to township hospitals, obtaining patients＇ information in time to exaltate tracking rate and successful tracking rate in less developed regions is an easy method. METHODS The statistics analyzes the management system authorized township＇s tuberculosis information before and after 4 years, and analyze the chamges of tracking rate and successful tracking rate. RESULTS The work carries out for 4 years and tracking rates are 70.8%, 96.5%（X2=539.16, P〈0.001）; Successful tracking rates are 51.7% and 80.8%（X2=371.16, P〈0.001）; CONCLUSIONS Since 2008, Jiuquan office of tuberculosis project give the authorization of brousing reporting cards of tuberculosis information management system, working process was reduced, tracking limiting time was reduced, the tracking rate and successful tracking rate of the patients were improved, and the human resources and material resources of tracking tuberculosis patients were saved.
