2010—2012年郑州市金水区公办、民办托幼园所集体儿童体检结果对比分析

Comparative Analysis on Physical Examination Results of the Children in Public and Private Kindergartents in Jinshui District of Zhengzhou from 2010 to 2012

目的通过对金水区公办幼儿园与民办幼儿园3～6岁集体儿童体格发育及健康体检结果对比分析．得以掌握本辖区集体儿童卫生保健工作存在的问题和不足，并为实施河南省《托幼机构卫生保健管理细则》提供理论依据，从而全面提升辖区集体儿童卫生保健的整体质量。方法对2010—2012年辖区36所公办幼儿园及21家民办幼儿园的3～6岁57936名集体儿童的“六一”体检数据进行分类统计和比较。结果我辖区公办园与民办园集体儿童在体格发育指标（除肥胖指标）和健康检测结果中均存在显著性差异。结论辖区公办园集体儿童体格发育的各项指标均优于民办园集体儿童，民办园应不断提高卫生保健服务质量；辖区幼儿园集体儿童的龋齿发病率和弱视发生率偏高，各园所对其干预措施不完善，应在加强健康教育的同时，重点关注在园儿童的口腔卫生和用眼卫生，并同家长建立长期联系，共同预防龋病和弱视的发生。

OBJECTIVE Through the analysis of 3-6 years old childre＇s physical development and health examination results in Jinshui District public kindergartens and private kindergarten, to grasp the existing health care work in this area of collective children＇s problems and shortcomings, and for the implementation of Henan Province＇s ＂nurseries in health care management＂ is to provide the theory basis, so as to improve the overall quality of the collective child health care. METHODS From 2010 to 2012, the area of 36 state-run kindergartens and private kindergartens in 21 collective children aged 3-6 ＂Children＇s Day＂ medical data are classified and compared. RESULTS I area public parks and private garden collective indicators of children＇s physical development （except indicator of obesity） and there are significant differences in the health testing results. CONCLUSION Area public collective children medical development of the indicators over private collective children, private park should constantly improve health health service quality, area kindergarten collective children of earies incidence and amblyopia occurred rate partial high, the park by on its intervention measures not perfect, should strengthen health education of while focus on children＇s oral health and eye health, and keep long-term contact with parents, common prevention caries disease and amblyopia of occurred.
