芍药苷对高脂饲料喂养幼龄大鼠进食量和体重的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的:观察芍药苷对高脂饲料喂养幼龄大鼠的进食量和体重的影响。方法:使用高脂饲料饲养大鼠造模,腹腔注射芍药苷注射液治疗,计算各组每周平均体重增加率和平均24 h进食量并绘制变化图。结果:芍药苷治疗组的摄食量和体重增长百分率在实验第5周之后逐渐被抑制,与未用芍药苷干预的高脂饲料喂养组相比有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:芍药中的有效单体成份芍药苷能显著降低高脂饲料喂养幼龄大鼠摄食量和体重增长百分率。 Objective : To observe the effect of paeoniflorin on food intake weight and body weight of the young SD rat fed by high fat diet. Methods: The models were made up by feeding up high fat diet to the SD rat. Injection of Paeoniflorin was given to SD rat by intraperitoneal injection. Mean weight gain rate and average 24h-food-intake were calculated and made into charting. Results: In the fifth week the food intake weight and body weight gain percentage were gradually suppressed in treatment group, and the difference was significant statistically compared with control group (P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion : The effective monomer component paeoniflorin in Paeonia lactiflora can significantly reduce food intake weight and body weight gain percentage of the SD rat fed by high fat diet.
