摘要
以成型装药与药型罩间空隙对各型射孔弹穿深性能的影响为研究对象,通过二次压装工艺控制间隙值大小在[0,5]mm内,应用OriginPro 8.6对试验数据进行处理分析,拟合得到了空隙对射孔弹穿深影响的关系规律曲线与经验公式,提出了分离间隙增大至3.5 mm后穿深出现增加是由于冲击波斜入射药型罩发生了马赫反射的观点。关系曲线对提高定量认识研究对象和控制产品质量具有一定指导意义,经验关系式为存在空隙的射孔弹穿深性能预测提供了计算依据。
Abstract. The effect of variable clearance between shaped charge and liner on perforator property is studied by controlling clearance size in the range of 0-5 mm with two-step pressing assembly process. OriginPro 8.6 is used to process test data. The relationship curve and experiential formula are obtained. The view that oblique incident of shock wave on liner happens Mach reflection when the clearance increasing to 3.5 mm was put forward to the increased penetration. The relationship curve has guiding significance in enhancing quantitative recognition of research object as well as controlling product quality. The experiential formula provides calculation basis for perforating performance forecast when the gap exits.
