摘要
电缆输送较油管输送定方位射孔有突出的优点,但要下井3次以上才能完成定方位射孔作业。改用火药座封、丢手的传统方法,采用小直径悬挂器的机械悬挂定方位管串,并将爆炸开孔、液压推动、机械丢手3种方式结合在一起,实现了无震动丢手,将电缆输送定方位射孔的下井次数减少到了2次,现场作业验证了该施工工艺悬挂、丢手动作可靠,可以实现井斜小于30°的电缆输送二次下井定方位射孔;调整射孔角度,实现精确定位;施工作业时间短,与其他的投产工艺相结合可提高施工作业效率。
Abstract: Compared with tubing conveyed directional perforation, wireline conveyed directional perforation has outstanding advantages, but downhole tools need to be run more than three trips to complete directional perforating operation. With the use of the traditional method of setting by gunpowder and releasing tool, small diameter mechanical hanging directional string, together with explosion boring, hydraulic driving and mechanical releasing, releasing without vibration is realized. The running times of downhole tool are reduced to two trips in wireline conveyed directional perforation. Site operations verify the hanging and releasing technology is reliable, which can realize twice downhole directional perforating with wireline conveyed in less then 30° inclination; adjust perforation angle to achieve accurately position with shorter perforation time, thereby improving the efficiency of perforating operation combing with other production technologies.
