摘要
阐述了粗粒煤泥在浮选中损失的原因,分析了粗粒煤泥的浮选适应性,从结构和分选机制方面为旋流微泡浮选柱分选粗粒煤泥提供了理论说明。半工业性试验数据分析表明,旋流微泡浮选柱对>0.25 mm粒级粗粒煤泥具有良好的分选效果,同时提出了几项改善旋流微泡浮选柱粗粒煤泥浮选效果的措施。
The paper described the cause of loss of coarse coal slime in the flotation, analyzed the appli-cability of coarse coal slime flotation, provided theoretical explanations from aspects of structure and sepa-ration mechanism that the cyclone micro-bubble flotation column can separate coarse coal slime. Then data analysis of pilot - plant test results show that the separation slime containing particle size great than 0. 25 mm by cyclone micro - bubble flotation column are satisfactory, meanwhile, several measures which can improve the flotation effects of coarse particles by cyclone micro - bubble flotation column were sug-gested.
