摘要
针对目前分级浮选工艺中分级环节在分级设备、分级工艺、分级粒度等方面存在的问题,采用小筛分的试验方法并结合现场实际,对分级设备进行了工业效果评定,对采用何种粒度分级最有利于发挥分级浮选的优势,采用何种分级设备可以达到最佳分级效率进行了研究与探讨。结果表明:在分级浮选工艺中,如果粗、细粒级后续均有分选设备,分级粒度可以相对含糊,弧形筛和分级旋流器均可使用,但分级旋流器操作更加灵活、方便;如果粗粒级分离后侧重回收而非分选,分级粒度应更加严格,以弧形筛分离效果更佳,但单一弧形筛容易出现筛面跑水现象,将两台弧形筛串联使用,保障系数更高。
According to problems existed in sizing equipment, process and separation size in the sized flotation process, using sieving analysis method combined with production condition, and assessed the in- dustrial effect of the existing sizing equipment, investigated which separation size and sizing equipment is the most beneficial to give full play to the advantages of the sized flotation. The results show that: in the sized flotation process, if the coarse and fine particle size all further separation, the size of classification can be relatively vague, sieve bend and classifying cyclone can be used, but the classifying cyclone oper-ations are more flexible and convenient; if coarse particle separated, it is will recovered rather than sepa-ration, the requirements of separation size are more stringent, the separation effect of the sieve bend is better, but the screen surface of the single arc screen is easy to appear the phenomenon of running water, can take two sieve bends used in series to reach higher security coefficient.
