1450mm单机架冷轧机压下困难原因分析及处理

摘要 针对1 450 mm冷轧机轧制成品厚度0.24 mm的SPCC极限规格薄板时,轧制力剧增、压下困难、常规调试无效的情况,从最小可轧厚度的角度入手,在排除工作辊直径、弹性模量、轧件变形抗力和轧件前后张力影响的基础上,认为乳化液稳定性指数变大导致的润滑效果差是成品道次压下困难的主要原因。采取降低搅拌强度、提高加热温度、控制pH值、增加铁粉含量等措施,适当降低了乳化液的稳定性,加强了变形区内的润滑效果,实现了极薄板材的顺利轧制。 In the production of extreme thin plates (finished thickness of 0.24 mm), 1 450 mm single stand cold rolling mill presented a series of problems, including rolling force explosion, reduction difficulty and general debugging nullity. Based on the theory of minimum reliable gauge, the analysis believed that the main reason of roiling difficulties in the final pass is the lubrication performance decreasing with the increase of the emulsion stability index after eliminating the influences of WR diameter, the modulus of elasticity, rolled piece deformation resistance force and before and after tension. By means of decreasing the stirring intension, improving the heating temperature, controlling the pH value and increasing the iron powder content etc, the emulsion stability index was appropriately reduced, and the lubrication performance was boosted rapidly. In this way, rolling process was conducted successfully.
