山东省冶金科学研究院不断完善"送温暖"工作机制,通过建立困难职工帮扶档案,细化帮扶救助制度,开展主题月帮扶活动,加强监督审查等,提升了帮扶效果,切实解决了职工的生活困难,加强了企业与职工群众的血肉联系。
Shandong Metallurgical Science Research Institute is continuously to perfect the "sending warmth" working mechanism. Through establishing helping archives of poor employee, developing detailed assistance system, carrying out the theme of monthly assistance activities, strengthening the supervision and examination, improving the supporting effect, the living difficulties of employee were effectively solved and the flesh and blood relation between enterprises and employee was strengthened.
