摘要
内蒙古电力营销管控系统采用"集中部署、多级应用、逐层管控"的应用模式,系统具有异常报告自动生成、例日化的管控方法、流程化处理管控工单、多维度查询、提供图形展示和分析、信息传递跨平台等特点。介绍了管控系统的建设目的,说明了系统具有的营销经营指标动态展示、分析管理及关键指标监控功能,认为营销管控系统的推广应用提升了营销管理水平,实现了规范化管控的目的。
