摘要
内蒙古神华国华准格尔发电有限公司3号、4号机组在进行电气解环试验及启动升速操作时,发生了汽轮机转速飞升现象,分析认为控制系统中的电气并网信号取样不准确、不能真实反映机组是否为并网状态,以及控制逻辑设置存在问题易导致误操作是造成机组转速飞升故障的原因。通过提高电气并网信号的可靠性和优化DEH系统逻辑,解决了机组电气假并网试验引起的汽轮机转速飞升问题。
No.3 and No.4 units were over speed during startup, due to electrical loop test and error set in Inner Mongolia Shenhua Guohua Zhungeer Power Generation Co.,Ltd. phenomenon signal reliability and problems on DEH system were of the control system, gave the solution analyzed. By optimization the logic method,solved the fault finally.
