摘要
泥石流的危害主要包括对城镇、建筑、工厂等带来毁灭性的破坏,同时威胁人身以及畜牧的生命安全,因此,加强泥石流的预防、治理工作成为了各地政府日常工作的重中之重。针对贵州省望谟县灾后重建工程结合泥石流产生的重度、流量、速度等运动特征和动力特征以及拦渣坝进行简要分析和探讨,提出初步解决措施,从而最大限度的保护泥石流易发区域群众的人身财产安全。
