摘要
通过化学成分分析、断口观察、金相检验，对牌号为H08A的焊丝钢拉拔断裂样进行失效分析。结果表明：是由于钢厂生产产品中存在严重的混晶现象，不同晶粒大小区域的变形能力不同，进而引起试样表面开裂，最终导致H08A焊丝钢的拉拔断裂。
By chemical composition analysis, fracture observation, metallographic examination and ag- ing analysis of drawing fracture sample of H08A welding wire steel, the results show that serious mixed crystals and different deformation ability of microstructure lead to surface fracture so as to result in drawing fracture of H08A welding wire steel.
