摘要
文章介绍了通过采用77%。82%的冷轧变形量,将原料轧制到0.7-0.8mm厚的Ti—IF钢板采用不同的轧制力进行平整的试验。结果显示相关机械性能随着平整力增加而变差,为保证带钢的性能,选择采用较小平整轧制力进行生产。
This paper introduces the tests that cold rolled (reduction of 77% -82%)Ti-IF steel sheet of 0.7-0.8mm thickness was tempered at different rolling force. The results show that the mechanical properties decreased with the in- crease of the rolling force of the skin pass. For ensuring the property of steel sheet, selecting smaller the rolling force of the skin pass to manufacture.
