摘要
文章介绍了针对八钢0#(430m3)炉底风冷管漏铁的改造方案。开炉后对炉底冷却重点管理,以及炉内操作及时调整,经90天生产实践,证明本次对炉底进行修复改造是成功的。在确保高炉的安全、顺行与稳定的前提下,高炉各项技术经济指标得到提升。通过炉底温度及热流强度连续90天的跟踪管理,对炉底死铁层变化,及钛保护层的形成有了进一步了解,为今后高炉炉役后期护炉管理,提供基础数据和理论根据。
This paper introduces reform scheme to leak iron of bottom wind cold pipe situation of No.0 (430m3) BF. in Bayi Steel. After opening furnace bottom cools focused management and furnace within operation timely adjustment, by 90 days production practice, on the furnace bottom for repair transformation is success. On the premise of ensuring safety, success and stability of BF, the technology economic indicators get upgrade of BF. Through furnace bottom track manage- ment of temperature and heat flux intensity for 90 consecutive days, furnace bottom dead iron, and titanium coating has formed a better understanding, for future BF protection management, providing the underlying data and rationale.
