摘要
PLC在冶金行业工业控制中的应用非常广泛。PLC控制系统的可靠性直接影响到企业的安全生产和经济运行,系统的稳定性和抗干扰能力是关系到整个系统可靠运行的关键。自动化系统中所使用的各种类型PLC,有的是集中安装在控制室,有的是安装在生产现场,它们大多处于非常恶劣的工业生产环境和电磁环境中,因此提高PLC控制系统的抗电磁干扰能力是非常重要的。文章结合工程调试经验,分析了PLC系统的干扰源,并提出了一些增强PLC系统抗干扰能力的措施。
PLC is widely used in metallurgical industry control. The reliability of PLC control system affects directly the safe production and economic operation of an enterprise, it is stability and anti-jamming capabilities are the key factors relating to the reliable operation of the entire system. However, various types of PLC used in automatic systems, whether it is installed centrally in control room or mounted on the production site, most of PLC are in a very harsh production envi- ronment and electromagnetic environment. Therefore, to improve the anti-jamming capability is very important. The paper analyzed the source of interference of PLC system according to large number of project commissioning experience, and put forward a number of measures to enhance the anti-iamming canabilitv of PLC svstem.
