Technological Innovation's Investment Benefit Evaluation and Countermeasures of Fujian Colleges

选择区域特性相近的东部地区高校作为福建高校的主要参照体,采用投入产出研究方法,对福建高校科技要素投入产出效益进行客观评价,分析福建高校科技创新能力建设中取得的成效和存在的问题,并提出相应的政策建议.

This article chooses the Eastern China colleges whose regional ieatures are similar as the main reference of Fujian colleges.By the method of input and output,it evaluates objectively the inputs and outputs of Fujian colleges＇ high-tech, analyzes the existing problems in the construction of technological innovation ability of Fujian colleges, and puts forward the corresponding policy recommendations.
