摘要
针对梅山铁尾矿长距离、高浓度管道输送的安全性及稳定性问题,通过对铁尾矿物理特性及管道输送参数的研究,分析探讨了梅山铁尾矿长距离、高浓度管道输送的规律性。以清华大学泥沙研究室推导的临界流速公式建立梅山铁尾矿管道输送参数的数学模型,提出了经济、安全的输送浓度及流速,并以环管输送试验得以验证。
The characteristics of long distance and high intensity transportation with pipes of iron tailings was analyzed, through research on its physical characteristics and parameters of pipe transporta- tion, for issues of security and stability with long distance and high intensity transportation of iron tail- ings, Meishan. An economic and security intensity and velocity was proposed and verified by pipe trans- port test, based on the Meishan iron tailing slurry pipe transport mathematical model fixed by function of critical velocity found by sediment institute Tsinghua University.
