摘要 针对某菱铁矿矿物组成和结构构造简单、理论品位低等性质进行了磨矿—高梯度强磁选和焙烧—弱磁选2种工艺流程的选矿试验研究,在原矿铁品位为37.06%的条件下,磨矿—高梯度强磁选流程可获得铁品位为42.14%、回收率为70.08%的铁精矿,焙烧—弱磁选流程可获得铁品位为63.21%、回收率为92.62%的铁精矿,试验结果表明强磁选或焙烧—弱磁选流程,是处理此菱铁矿石的有效途径。 Grinding-high field gradient high intensity magnetic separation and roasting-low intensity magnetic separation were carried out on a siderite, for its simplicity of mineral composition and structure, naturally low iron grade, etc. Iron concentrate with iron grade of 42. 14%, iron recovery of 70.08% could achieved with grinding-high field gradient high intensity magnetic separation, while using roasting- low intensity magnetic separation can obtain iron concentrate with iron grade of 63.21%, iron recovery of 92.62%, So roasting-low intensity magnetic separation was an effective process for dealing with this sid- erite.
