摘要
本文简要介绍了MEMS数字检波器的发展历史、工作原理、应用领域。重点对用于石油地震勘探的MEMS数字检波器进行了指标分析,并就一些比较容易混淆的概念进行了解释。
This paper introduced the history, operating principle and application of the MEMS in brief. The key specifica- tions and some confusing questions of MEMS for geophysical prospecting application are described too.
