The Preliminary Conception of Establishing Legal Science of International Nationalities

构建国际民族法学旨在创设国际法学与民族法学的边缘学科——国际民族法学,其动因源于错综多变的国际民族关系和调整国际民族关系的法律机制,其途径在于以国际法学与民族法学为蓝本,筹划、设置国际民族法学的框架体系、知识体系和理论体系,其价值在于形成系统学说,破解现实问题,以法学思维透过法律现象审视、正视国际民族关系。

It purposes to establish the frontier science between intemational law and national law, namely, the legal science of international nationalities, constructing the legal science of international nationalities. Its causes are the complex relations of intemational nationalities and the legal mechanism to adjust that; its channel is planning and setting up the systems of framer, knowledge and theory on the legal science of intemational nationalities, according to the legal science of international law and national law; its volume rests with forming systematic doctrine, solving actual problems, considering about and facing up to the complex relations of intemational nationalities through the legal phenome- non by the legal thinking.
