生态文明视阈下的绿色水文化建设

Reflections on Water Culture Construction for both Country and Individuals from Perspective of Eco-Civilization

水是人类赖以生存的重要资源,水文化是生态文明的一个重要分支,越来越多的人开始反思自己的行为与水文化建设的内在联系。本文在生态文明视阈下,对弘扬生态与水文化的价值、建设当代水文化的基本规则和创新当代水文化的建设思路等方面作了探讨,以期为强国利民、愉悦身心的绿色水文化建设提供依据,具有重要的理论和现实意义。

Due to the indiscriminate use of natural resources and the lack of environmental consciousness, ecological problems, such as forest destruction, land degradation, water deterioration, climate warming and sandy desertification, have become increasingly serious. Great attention has been paid to those problems worldwide. As water is one of the most important resources for human survival and water culture is one of the important branches of eco- civilization construction, people are beginning to reconsider the interrelationship between human being＇s activities and water culture construction. The paper explores the development of the values of ecology and water culture construction, the essential rules and innovation of contemporary water culture construction in present era from the perspective of eco-civilization, with an aim to provide a basis for water culture construction.
