摘要
建设"文化强国"是当前国内外形势下的必然选择。以编辑为首的出版人应当做文化安全的守卫者、文化创新的实践者、先进文化的引领者和文化开放的推动者。为此,编辑应当"外塑形象,内强能力",也就是说要坚持学习,完善知识技能结构,树立良好形象;转变思想,增强"服务"意识,满足群众需求;坚守职责,增强沟通能力,成为"意见领袖"。
To construct a "cultural power" is an inevitable choice under current situations at home and abroad. Publishers especially editors should act as a guard of cultural safety, a practitioner of cultural innovation, a leader of advanced culture and a promoter of cultural opening-up. Therefore, editors should improve image and enhance ability, which means they should keep learning to perfect knowledge structure, strengthen service eonseiousness, fulfill demands of the public, assume responsibilities and improve communication ability to be ooinion leaders.
