“The Importance of Socratic Method” in Higher Vocational Colleges Teacher in Moral Education

德育是我国高等学校教育工作的重要组成部分,随着时代的发展,高职院校德育工作面临众多挑战。从分析高职院校德育工作存在的问题入手,分别从德育手段、德育工作主体、高职院校学生特点等方面进行阐述,充分结合"苏格拉底法",论述其在高职院校班主任德育工作中的可行性与实际意义。

Moral education is an important part of the higher education in our country, with the development of the times, the work of moral education in higher vocational colleges face many challenges. This paper begins with the analysis of the existing problems of the moral education work in higher vocational colleges, which is discussed from the moral subject, moral education method, and the characteristic of vocational college students and other aspects, and fully integrate the ＂Socratic Method＂, tells the story of the vocational class moral education work in line with the actual significance.
