该文运用比价剪刀差和比值剪刀差方法分别对新中国成立以来工农产品价格剪刀差的变动状况进行计算和分析,定量验证了新中国成立以来工农产品价格剪刀差时而缩小、时而扩大且长期处于较高位运行的事实,并简单分析工农产品价格剪刀差现象长期存在的原因以及消除这种现象、改善城乡关系、促进工农业发展的政策措施。

The changes about the price scissors of agricultural products since the founding of new China have been calculated and analyzed by the way of rate of exchange and ratio price scissors. It has been proved that the price scissors of agricultural products sometimes gets narrow and sometimes expands since the founding of new China,and it is the fact that it has been in the high operation for a long time from a quantitative point of view. It has been analyzed that the long standing reasons of the phenomenon with price scissors of agricultural products and the policies and measures eliminating the price scissors of agricultural products,improving the relationship between urban and rural areas,promoting the development of industry and agriculture.
