摘要
探讨空间学习记忆训练后大鼠海马Caveolin-1(Cav-1)蛋白表达的变化。采用Morris水迷宫实验检测大鼠的空间学习记忆能力,Western Blot方法检测大鼠海马Cav-1蛋白表达的变化。结果显示:水迷宫实验中,与青年训练组比,老年训练组大鼠的逃避潜伏期明显延长(P<0.05,P<0.01),穿台次数明显减少(P<0.05),在原平台象限的停留时间明显缩短(P<0.05)。Western Blot检测表明,与青年和老年对照组比,青年和老年水迷宫训练组大鼠海马Cav-1蛋白表达显著增加(P<0.05);与青年对照组比,老年对照组大鼠海马Cav-1蛋白表达显著升高(P<0.01);与青年训练组比,老年训练组大鼠海马Cav-1蛋白表达显著升高(P<0.01)。结果提示Cav-1蛋白可能参与了空间学习记忆过程。
To investigate the effects of spatial learning-memory training on expression of Caveolin-1 in rat hippocampus. Spatial learning-memory ability was tested by Morris water maze test, and the expression of Caveolin-1 in hippocampus was examined by Western blot. Results showed that the escape latency in aged training group was significantly longer (P〈0.05, P〈0.01), The number of rats through the platform was significantly decreased (P〈0.05), and the time spent in the original quadrant that previously contained the platform was significantly shorter (P〈0.05), compared with the youth training group. Western blot showed the expression of Caveolin-1 in hippocampus of youth training and aged training group was significantly enhanced, compared with the youth and aged control group respectively (P〈0.05), and significantly enhanced in hippocampus of aged control group than youth control group (P〈0.01), and significantly enhanced in hippocampus of aged training group than youth training group (P〈0.01). The results suggest that Caveolin-1 might be involved in the process of spatial learning and memory.
