摘要
现代运动训练实质上是一个循环过程,恢复是训练过程中一个不可缺少的组成部分,负荷与恢复是相辅相成的。在实际训练中往往忽视运动训练中技术不合理导致疲劳过早产生,轻视运动训练过程中恢复的重要性,以及缺乏对训练课结束部分恢复的重视。本文针对上述问题在降低运动过程中不合理疲劳的产生、重视运动训练过程中的疲劳恢复、加强运动训练结束部分疲劳的恢复以及运动训练课后疲劳的恢复等方面做了进一步探讨,并提出解决的对策,对运动训练过程加强恢复提供相应的理论参考。
Modem sports training is essentially a cyclical process, recovery is an integral part of the process of training and load and recovery are mutually reinforcing. In the actual training exercise training, premature fatigue cause in technical unreasonable was often overlooked, the importance of the movement to restore the training process was diminished, and the training session partial recovery of attention was lacked. In this paper, the above problem in reducing fatigue during exercise unreasonable generation, emphasis on sports training process of recovery from fatigue, enhancesports training as well as the end part of the recovery of fatigue recovery after-school sports training and so do the further study and propose solutions countermeasures to strengthen the recovery process of sports training to provide the corresponding theoretical reference.
