摘要
新时期高校干部队伍仍然存在着许多问题。主要原因有:高校干部在理论学习上不够深入彻底,缺乏磨练。在思想上对自身使命认识不足,在流动与交流渠道上不够畅通。本文尝试对上述问题提出解决的思路与原则:坚持德才兼备、以德为先的选拔原则,完善选拔机制,提高公信度;建立完善的高校干部管理体制,抓好学校党政一把手的选拓培养,以此推动学校领导班子和干部队伍建设。而强化作风建设,纯洁高校干部队伍则是策略实施的保障机制。
There are many problems in the construction of university in the new period. The main reasons are the followings: the university cadres are lack of disciplines due to the theoretical study is not thoroughly in-depth and lack of exercise. In mind is insufficient understanding about their mission and in the flow and communication channel is not clear. This paper tries to put forward the ideas and principles to solve these problems as follows: insist on having both ability and political integrity and morality-oriented as the selection principle, improve the selection mechanism and improve the credibility. Establishing prefect management system about university cadres, paying attention to the leaders of the party and government selection and extension training in order to improve the construction of the school leadership and cadre team, strengthen the style construction and pure college cadre team, are the guarantee mechanism of strategy implementation.
