高锌饲粮对蛋鸭产蛋性能蛋锌含量以及蛋品质的影响

在蛋鸭正常饲料中添加 1 0 0 0 m g/kg锌 ,对蛋鸭的产蛋性能和鸭蛋品质均无影响 ;添加 2 0 0 0mg/kg锌以上 ,可显著影响蛋鸭的产蛋性能 ,使蛋重减轻 ,蛋壳变薄和蛋黄蛋白比上升 ,但不影响蛋形指数和蛋白哈夫单位 .添加 1 0 0 0～ 3 0 0 0 mg/kg锌可使蛋黄、蛋白和蛋壳的锌含量分别提高 1 7.0 1 %～1 0 2 .56% ,1 8.0 3 %～ 1 3 5.55%和 1 2 .2 3 %～ 1 2 9.62 % .

WT5”BZ]Laying performance of laying duck and duck egg quality were not affected by supplementation of zinc in feed at 1 000 mg/kg ,but laying performance markedly affected at the supplemented levels above 2 000 mg/kg, produced thin shelled eggs with decreased egg weight and increased yolk to white ratio.A concentration range of 1 000 3 000 mg/kg could raise the zinc level by 17 01% 102 56% for ylok ,18 03% 135 55% for egg white and 12 23% 129 62% for shells
