摘要
近几年来,事业单位的领导班子和干部队伍建设不断加强,领导班子和干部队伍整体素质不断提升,活力不断增强,但少数事业单位的领导班子和干部队伍建设还存在一些问题。加强事业单位的领导班子和干部队伍建设,必须加强教育培训;进一步解放思想,改革创新;更好地坚持民主集中制;加大干部人事制度改革的力度;加强作风建设和党风廉政建设。
In recent years, leading group and cadres contingent building in public institution has gradually ex- panded, their overall quality has been promoted, and they have become more energetic. But there are still prob- lems in some public institutions. Educational training should be strengthened in order to promote leading group and cadres contingent building in public institution, including emancipating our mind, reform and innovate, better in- sisting on democratic centralism, intensifying the reform of cadres personnel system, and strengthening the con- struction of work style and honest government.
