摘要
目的探讨Cd和水分复合胁迫条件下牡丹叶片所受伤害及其抗氧化酶活性的响应。方法研究并比较了不同浓度Cd(200mmol/L、400mmol/L、800mmol/L)和水分胁迫(PEG6000模拟,浓度分别为10%、20%、40%)条件下牡丹叶片的丙二醛(MDA)和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)、过氧化物酶(POD)等抗氧化酶活性的变化。结果在Cd和水分复合胁迫条件下,MDA含量呈上升趋势,SOD、POD整体呈现先升高后降低趋势,CAT活性则为降低趋势。结论在Cd和水分复合胁迫条件下,SOD、POD为牡丹叶片清除体内活性氧的主要抗氧化酶。
Objective To investigate the effects of Cd and water combined stress on the antioxidase activity of leaves from Paeonia suffruficosa. Methods The changes of malonaldehyde (MDA) and superoxide dismutase (SOD), catalase (CAT) and peroxidase(POD) of Paeonia suffruficosa disposed by the different concentration of Cd (200 mmol/L, 400 mmol/L, 800 mmol/L) and water stress (PEG6000 simulation, the concentrations of 10%, 20%, 40%) were studid.Results The datas showed that under Cd and water combined stress the content of MDA was increased and the activity of CAT was decreased. At the same time, the content of SOD and POD were increased firstly and then were decreased. Conclusion SOD and POD played a important role in removing the reactive oxygen species as the main antioxidant enzymes in leaves of Paeonia suffruficosa,under the Cd and water stress conditions.
