摘要
目的以鄂西北地区房县竹叶柴胡为样本,研究柴胡总皂苷,挥发油的动态变化规律,探讨竹叶柴胡的最佳采收期。方法以柴胡总皂苷的含量、挥发油的吸光度为指标,采用紫外-可见光光度法进行分析。结果不同采收期竹叶柴胡中的柴胡总皂苷,挥发油含量均存在明显的差异。柴胡总皂苷的含量8月份最高;挥发油的含量7月份最高。结论确定了鄂西北地区竹叶柴胡的最佳采收期,为鄂西北地区柴胡药材的GAP种植提供了一定的科学依据。
Objective To study the dynamic change of total saponins,volatile oil from Bupleurum rnarginatum at Fangxian region in Northwest area of Hubei Province, and to explore the optimal harvest period of Bupleurum marginaturn. Methods The experiment determined the content of total saponins and absorbance of volatile oil in Bupleurum by visible spectrophotography and ultraviolet spectrophotometry.Results There are obvious differences among the contents of total saponins and volatile oil in various collecting periods sample, the content of total saponins was the highest in August, the absorption of volatile oil was the highest in July. Conclusion The optimal harvest period ofBupleurum marginatum at Fangxian region in Northwest area of Hubei Province is identified, which can provide scientific basis for GAP of Bupleurum.
