WTO绿箱补贴视角下的中国农业补贴政策研究

On China Agricultural Subsidies Policy from Angle of WTO Green Box Subsidies

绿箱补贴是世界贸易组织《农业协定》中免于减让的国内补贴措施,它对发展中国家的农业发展和市场稳定有非常重要的作用。可是,在国际贸易进程中,我国对绿箱补贴的运用不管是数量上还是程度上,都跟发达国家相差很远。如何充分利用绿箱补贴使其更好地服务于我国的农业发展,已经成为学界和实务界关注的重点问题。本文主要阐述了WTO视角下绿箱补贴对农业的影响以及我国利用绿箱补贴的不足和改进建议,以期能够对我国充分合理利用绿箱补贴产生积极影响。

Green box subsidies is domestic support measures from the concession from the Agricultural Agreement by the world trade organization, which is very important to the development of agriculture and the stability of the market in developing countries. But in the process of international trade, both in quantity and extent, the use of subsidies for green box are less than developed countries. How to make full use of green box subsidies for agricultural development of our country has become the common attention focus in both the academic and practical field.
