摘要
学报编辑是社会中默默无闻奉献的群体之一,无论是追求个体"专"与"博"的发展,还是不吝付出为他人"做嫁衣裳",等等,在突出学报编辑正确价值追求理念的同时,表明了学报编辑较高的情绪劳动投入。情绪劳动理论认为,情绪劳动的投入与情绪耗竭呈正比例关系。因此,重视学报编辑的情绪劳动培育和管理,建立以情绪劳动为导向的激励竞争机制,能够有效提高学报编辑的情绪管理水平,避免其不良情绪导致工作倦怠的发生。
The journal editors is one of the "special" and "plentiful" development, or social group unknown to the public, whether they pursuit individual do things only for others, and so on, shows that journal editors high emotional labor input as their value prominent. That emotional labor theory tells that emotional labor input and emotional exhaustion is proportional. Therefore, to pay attention to journal editor' s emotional labor cultivation and management, establish emotional labor oriented incentive mechanism, can effectively improve the editors' emotion management level; avoid its negative emotions which lead to job burnout.
