粤东西北地区土地利用研究

Research on Land Use in None Pearl River Delta Area in Guangdong Province

研究目的:通过研究粤东、粤西、粤北地区的土地利用现状与存在的问题,探索针对性的政策和建议。研究方法:量化分析。研究结果:粤东西北地区土地利用存在两方面问题:⑴城市规模偏小,土地集聚度不够;⑵土地利用结构不尽合理,用地较为粗放。研究结论:在规划管控、扩容提质、保障用地需求、基础设施建设、耕地保护等方面提出了相关的建议。

The purpose of this paper is to study the land use status and problems in None Pearl River Delta （NPRD） area in Guangdong province, and put forward some corresponding suggestions. Base on the research method of quantitative analysis, the paper finds that there are two problems of land use in NPRD area in Guangdong province. First, the city scale is small and the degree of land agglomeration is low. Second, the land use structure is unreasonable and the utilization is extensive. For solving these problems, the paper provides some sugges- tions about management of land use planning, city scale expansion and development quality improvement, to ensure demand of construction land use, construction of infrastructural facilities and cuhivated land conservation.
