四川省天然气市场特质分析

Analysis on Features of Natural Gas Market in Sichuan Province

运用波特五力模型从现有竞争者、潜在进入者、购买者、供应商和替代品5个方面对四川省天然气市场特质进行了分析。研究认为:随着各气源的进入,四川省天然气供给能力加强,天然气在四川省能源结构中的地位不断加大;随着天然气价格改革政策的推广,供应商议价能力将逐渐有一定的优势;与替代能源相比,四川省天然气价格水平偏低,买方议价能力相比占弱势。

Features of natural gas market in Sichuan province is analyzed using Michael Poter's Five Forces Model in terms of existing competitors, potential entrants, buyers, suppliers and substitutes. The study shows that the competition is increasingly fierce in natural gas market of Sichuan province with introduction of various gas sources; the supplier has stronger bargaining power, while the purchaser is lack of bargaining power; so the position of the natural gas gradually strengthened in energy structure in Sichuan province.
